Courtney LeCompte, MPS, PHR
Courtney has served in a variety of consulting and corporate capacities, working with a wide array of organizations throughout the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Courtney leverages her extensive experience in HR and compensation to deliver customized solutions to help organizations attract and retain key talent.
Prior to Salary.com, Courtney worked with consulting firms such as FutureSense, an Alliant Company, and Cascade Employers Association to provide compensation consultation in areas such as salary administration, total rewards strategy, pay equity, incentive compensation, executive compensation, and HR and pay analytics. She also previously served as a Senior Compensation Consultant for the State of Oregon where she led several statewide compensation initiatives including pay equity, The Oregon Management Project, classification and compensation studies, and partnered with labor relations to represent the State during contract negotiations.
Courtney received her Bachelor’s degree of Education from the University of Oregon, her Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Denver, and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Courtney is passionate about building genuine relationships with clients and partnering with organizations to develop practical solutions that align with organizational values and support strategic goals.
